From empty flat to signed, paid and receipted
You bring the tenant in. Nobody signs themselves up.
There is no public registration. You create the tenant and send them a secure, expiring link by SMS, email or WhatsApp. They complete a Nigerian tenancy KYC — employment, next of kin, guarantor, previous landlord — upload their ID and passport photo, and sign on the screen with their finger.
