Terms of service

This is a plain-English summary. The full terms are with our lawyers.

Rather than put a borrowed template here and call it an agreement, this page sets out the commitments that are already settled and that we hold ourselves to today. The full terms will replace this page once legal review is finished.

What is already decided

We never hold your rent. Your tenant transfers into your own bank account. If you switch on card payments, those settle to your account through Paystack — still not to us.
We charge a flat subscription, never a percentage of your rent. Free to start; ₦1,500 a month for Lite, ₦4,000 for Professional, ₦10,000 for Enterprise.
Extra storage is a separate purchase, available on any plan including Free. You never have to change plan just to fit more documents.
The records are yours. Receipts, agreements, notices and the tenancy history belong to you, and we will not hold them hostage to a billing dispute.
There is a free plan and it stays free. One property, three tenants, three rent reminders a month, and no card required to begin.

If a subscription payment fails

Nothing is taken away for eighteen days. We retry the card on the first, fourth and eleventh day, and a grace period runs to the eighteenth. If it lapses, raising new invoices, onboarding new tenants and paid reminders pause — but every receipt, agreement and tenancy record you already have stays open to you and to your tenants, and recording a payment still works. Extra storage is ₦1,000 per 100 MB and extra reminders are ₦500 per block of 50, on any plan including Free.

Who you are contracting with

EasyPM.ng is operated by easypm Limited (RC 9920340), a company registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean that company.

What EasyPM is not

It is not a payment processor, a bank, or a law firm. It records what you tell it and helps you act on it. Tenancy agreements, notices to quit and statutory notice periods differ by state, and nothing in the product is legal advice — have a lawyer review your templates before you rely on them.
