Refer a landlord, earn 30% for a year

Every landlord or managing agent you introduce to EasyPM earns you 30% of what they pay us, every month, for 12 months from their first payment. You do not have to be a landlord. You do not have to manage a single property. You need a link and somebody to send it to.

How it works

1. Register. Give us your name and, when you are ready, a bank account. That is the whole form.
2. Share your link. One link that is yours for ever, plus a link per person if you are working through a list — so you can see which were opened and which turned into an account.
3. They open an account and pay. Free to start, so most people will look before they pay. Your 12 months begin on their first payment, not on the day they signed up.
4. You get paid. Your page shows what is owed to you, which accounts it came from, and which of them renew this week. We transfer to your bank account.

What it is worth

A managing agent on the Professional plan pays ₦4,000 a month. 30% of that is ₦1,200 a month, or ₦14,400 over the 12 months — from one introduction. Ten of them is ₦144,000. There is no cap on how many you bring or what you earn.

The honest parts

• Subscriptions only. Not SMS or storage top-ups. Only the subscription.
• Only when they pay. No payment, no commission — and if a payment is refunded, the commission on it comes back off.
• A year, not for ever. After 12 months of payments that landlord stops earning. They stay your referral.
• You will not see their business. The name, the plan and the dates, and nothing else. No phone numbers, no tenants, no money.
• We can review the programme. Changes apply to referrals made afterwards and never to a commission already earned. The terms in full.
